Yes Travel you are probably right. But how do we as owners along side the Wilsons ever get a return out of the ever growing property portfolio value, I know its a boost to share price appreciation and shores up the financials but if you are planning on never selling where is the return? Anyway its just thinking out aloud.
Talking about high share prices and types of shareholders that they attract, one of the investment changing moments for me was paying nearly $50 per share in CSL around the end of 2012. Jumping that high share price hurdle was quite a liberating moment when it comes to paying up for true quality.
