Cheers Dan, great point about the E/V. $400m is indeed not a small amount, albeit, if it hits the targets its wanting then there is room to move higher, but... how much..? That is the question.
Yep, totally agree with you about the debt refinancing. Brad L. has been banging on about it for a while now, clearly the savings alone will be substantial.
btw - does the E/V of $400m give you pause to rethink your position at all? Just wondering, even though I do think that refinancing is a very high chance of success, considering that junk debt is all the rage and ELK has actual profitable projects etc, unlike many oilers in the U.S that are just ponzi stocks.
I will continue to watch and see what Brad can pull off.
