The only winners here are Garrisons and there directors. They keep charging fees. I would guess that they charge a minimum of $250K - $500K per year.
Just a joke.
This will end-up like all Garrisons ipo's - insolvent shell.
Shareholders put up more than $40M and this is what they got.
