re: Ann: Half Year Financial Report and Full ...
This is looking more and more like the turn around story of the year. Management has done a brilliant job of steadying the ship. Ironically there was nothing there for the banks to liquidate/salvage value except perhaps a low ball bid from Primary at the darkest hour. The debt roll over on Sept 30th will be announced to the market some months before I imagine. I'm punting it will be rolled over for greater than 12 months to get it off the balance sheet as a Current Liability. The market will reward VEI management and re rate the share. Trading on a PE of 3 and Primary trades on a PE of 18 - one is too high and one is too low. You would expect Primary to lob a bid prior to the debt roll over negotiation - why pay retail ? Long term value is $1 on a PE of 10. The snowball effect is once doctors are confident value is being restored they will be less hesitant to cash in thier shares as they come out of Escrow - that's a problem at the moment.
