good progress with the Micren and the CLQ development
the $200k was @ 4c per share and daresay on the back of this update there will be more $$.
the $200 equates to 5m shares and about 1/15th of what is being targeted by Ionic
last year we paid !c/share and it came with a free option @ 2:1.
I expect the value will increase pre-IPO - lets say to a conservative 6c/share.
consolidate that @ 4:1 for the IPO @ 25c/share - this is much better than a consolidation @ 5:1
on another note, SER own about 84m Ionic shares - @ 4c = over $3m
[60% of SER discounted market value today]
looking good IMO
