I agree I think that management won't start taking big chunks of the cash in salary as if they start doing this and abusing their position once more then they should be shown the door.
They already received unfair and unbalanced income from the company and they did not deliver on what they were being paid to do. It's like calling a plumber to your house to fix the sink, if he says yeh I'll fix it, you pay him then 2 hours later he leaves and you find it isn't fixed would you want your money back?? Would you pay him again if he comes back and attempts to fix it a second time?? Then why should management be paid to do a job that they have already been paid for with bonuses and have not delivered in the first time, they were paid handsomely for a promise that they did not complete and are now having a second crack, way I see it is they've been paid to do the job they are now attempting already and should hold off on any income until the job they've already been paid to do is complete.... That is to finish the plant get it up and running... Then we can look at paying them salaries for the next phase AFTER plant is completed and running.... IMO....
