    I was somewhat hoping that given the circumstances faced by OBL with regards to the derby block to date, the DMP would have cut them some slack regarding the work commitments of the permit. Probably looking at at least 1.5 billion shares on issue by the end of the year though by my calculations. On another note, given no notice from SAT regarding the delay (we got one 2 weeks ago before now) we could probably assume its happened/in the mail?
