I read it as the documentation for the prospectus, NI 43-101 Technical Report and other regulatory documents taking significant time. They are a huge amount of work.

Latest we have is “due to be listed in Canada in the next few months” (was in half-yearly). Suggests May or June.

NI 43-101 are typically 100+ pages. This document describes the content requirements:

They go through extensive reviews before being issued. They have to be reviewed independently by qualified persons, formally endorsed by the authors and signed off by the competent person. That’s to ensure veracity of significant amount of data and information reported.

NI 43-101 is much more onerous than JORC 2012 used in Australia.
