I think it is simply to pay the big salaries while the folly goes on, with the demand coming up, I dont think these battery makers are going to wait until they have the factories built before they stagger around looking for materials that would be two years away .
We should be building the mine now I think it will be now or never, existing suppliers are expanding to meet demand.
