Okay. A few things to clear up. Initially all I said was that AUZ had three options. 1) Acquire funding 2) continually cap raise 3) shut up shop. Those three things are fact. I initially never mentioned anything about the going concern. That was misconstrued by others and I was then placed in a position to defend that, when that was never the point of my argument.
I admit I cannot guarantee that it’s exactly the reason why SK didn’t buy in. But in my opinion, it’s pretty straight forward. Of the three possible outcomes I mentioned, 2 and 3 are detrimental to SK, and they would lose their 80mil buy in. So... in my opinion. It’s is the reason. Anyway. I’ll just keep my opinions to myself from now on.
