An opinion to why SKI didn't buy in is unsubstantiated information it's simple... same as an opinion opposing it.
I'm not validating anything.. I'm simply saying "any" opinion based statement that isn't backed with hard evidence as to "why" SKI didn't take the options is purely unsubstantiated information it's simple..
And it's true "no one" apart from SKI can know why they didn't take the options... that is fact.. not unsubstantiated information.. because the decision ultimately rested with them..
No one else..
