You've totally missed the point. People are telling db that he's wrong about the auditors comments being in any way unusual or a concern. It's standard stuff anyone investing in this end really should know. As such, it in and of itself certainly isn't the reason SK didn't take the buy in because they too would be completely aware (far more than any of us I'm sure) of the inner working of AUZ and any explorers financial machinations.

You've literally just had an auditor chime in and say the same thing.

Obviously we don't know SKs reasoning for the decision but one thing we do know is that it certainly wasn't because of the perfectly normal and expected formatting of the half-yearly accounts.
