It is deeply concerning that people who have money invested in spec stocks are not familiar with the standard documentation and terminology issued by companies.
I've seen this kind of posting on several threads before and honestly if this kind of thing causes you to fret and hit the sell button then you probably should sell and stick with blue chips etc.
