nag wont get pass as stand alone landfill site without logistics part of it.
even hi qualify as a proven pass taker over many years are at the mercy of logistics companies, hi quality has to be given pass by logistics companies, they can’t even tender with many years of experience.
logistics companies can refuse to supply required trucks to projects
