WA was something i looked at with the entry of BBI group into the equation mid 2018. Came to the conclusion that notwithstanding massive WA resources, NT was the better place for the Refinery for a number of reasons including , I could find no NOI filed in WA environment authority for a refinery in WA, possible inward ports in WA were set up for outward goods primarily, road or rail access accross from NT to WA was absent infrastructure. I figured if Dawin was to be abandoned then the refinery had to be off shore not another Aussie location. Just my enitial research. If nkt NT or WA then no doubt that would have an impact on NAIF reliability. i figured lots of bluff going on back then and Darwin in the top seat.
