I'd say it's a matter of connecting the dots but it's easIer than that. Low MC-high probability of positive future drilling results in a historically rich site- potential acess to near term production facIlities and Industry relationships on the ground. Think will see some support from sellers on good news over at the golden state soon as well BOL holders
