Only 24hours in a day, he's involved in what, 6-ish companies (3-4 asx listed and a couple private at a guess?)?
If so, thats 4 hours a day for each company, if you assume he doesn't eat/sleep/bath that is, if he does, it's less.
No sure I'd be happy for him to take full time pay for his part time attention TBH. But that's just IMO.
