I was thinking exactly the same thing coq, when should that announcement be made to satisfy the ASX Rules, if it is fact?, however dose the ASX have rules.
Maybe we need a Royal Commission into the ASX and ALL Directors holding such positions, (Qualifications, Character, Previous Misdemeanours, etc)
