I think Bart was quite excited when he announced sound, but did it in quite a half hearted joking way that it spooked the market.
The new announcement was very specific and very detailed, so they learnt their lesson, but once spooked twice shy me thinks.
And some people didn't trust them, or were hoping for instant miracles.

I like the fact they have identified the specific issues and have a plan to resolve them.
I don't care how long it takes, as no one else even close to where they are, even though I am down on SP, I am still very happy I am in, and have researched this enough now to know I am on to a good thing
