@caketin yes, not good 2 WBT Dir's resigned but more pressing question to me is...have they been replaced and if so by whom (may never know though)? Are they credentialed or connected to industry or just filling a seat? That would give poss some indication from a WBT perspective if value still there. If was someone(s) credentialed / connected then why would they join WBT - not like it has a revenue or anything.

@albatrader yes, concerning re cash and burn rate etc. The delist as you say prob more concerning as we have seen our biggest SH prop up once already, will he do it again but the delist...hmmm....got me thinking and reviewing when you said about $5m etc.

Now - I went back through our halts, suspension, extensions and the final update around relist and then had a read of the following guidance notes - trading halts / suspensions & removal of entities:

    https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&...ng_halts.pdf&usg=AOvVaw3H_MD4IoDqZfRlR7CMWArC

    https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&...entities.pdf&usg=AOvVaw2OYV2XG9tZd6K3q3BsdZFu

All our initial halts and extensions were around general mundane crap like Director changes - NXR needing 2 and WBT getting rid of some, WBT updates ex Purdue and so forth. These are fairly normal & once conveyed to mkt, should be able to trade again.

The key one was the relisting Ann as spoke of List Rules 1 & 2 etc. which was borne more out of NXR having to own 100% of WBT (or expected to complete) bringing in the RTO rules.

My question is, seeing that the 100% is not being effected & therefore the RTO rules are out (for the moment), is it not now conceivable that if NXR can meet std ASX rules (which it prev met) with a cash injection via share issue etc. to be able to trade again?

Main issue would be we have no assets as an explorer per se (our main business) but hey...use some of the raised cash, peg a couple tenement leases (not that expensive) in the Pilbara (every other bugger is & surely some IO if not Au or Li around haha) and you're now an exploration Co. again?

Obv a fairly simplistic thought but possibly worth exploring to at least avoid the delist, hell, list and suspend a month or so later if need be to buy a stay of execution till further WBT plans, ideas or death come about.

Throwing out there and happy to be shot down if line of thinking / logic is flawed...long week
