Again you are misleading in your statement as all the raisings have actually been sell outs except the retail portion of the last. And that only failed because the price was pushed down by someone intentionally, as you stated in an old post I copied here a few days ago.

The truth is that the last raise was fully taken up as was the two previous by soph investors, unfortunately the last was limited to about $300k due to the limitations of raising funds made by the company.

So instead of downramping until we get a new md, try going away until then, you know, seeing as you are not buying anyway.
