Colbs as I understand it Singapore company, LionGold quit their share in Penny’s Find after drilling about 28 holes which came up with no results.
(Seems they originally bought the share on the strength of only four drill holes.)
When I say quit I mean they sold it at a loss to back to an Empire JV: Mandara
Then within a year of entering into it , Empire sold out of the JV which left it once again with only 60% of Penny’s.
Ie LionGold owes nothing .
Brimstone is owned by Mandara - ie John Jacoby and Paul Williams
Can you be specific if you have other information please
Cheers
