So ERL have been paying lion gold Corp share of the JV. Lion gold Corp is looking like it’s going bust.

I am no expert but if they don’t pay there 40% then ERL will use lion gold Corp share in the gold sales to cover there end and if this isn’t covering there 40% does that mean ERL could end up with 100% of mine ownership.

Could ERL be using this huge amount of debt and the 16% interest on the loan from blue cap to force lion gold Corp out as they won’t be able to cover there JV terms.

Just a thought and grabbing at strays here.
