Are you serious? The shareholders own the company like every other company on every other market. Let's not take into account cash and other liquid assets in any company on any market when coming to a value determination about any company then. What a ridiculous comment. The shares are where they are because of the low liquidity and the failure of the company to reward its shareholders through a regular dividend which would be easily achievable if the directors wanted to do so. People can't build big stakes easily in this company and they can't exit big stakes easily without dramatically affecting the share price or approaching major shareholders directly. It is difficult to form a proper market in this stock but that doesn't mean the shares can't be valued or can't be traded. When the company's gold holdings double in value I'm pretty sure the share prices will follow whether that happens soon due to the gold price rising or later through more profits being retained as gold.
