To continue as a going concern, the Consolidated Entity requires additional funding to be secured from sources including but not limited to:
- a further equity capital raising,
- the continued support of current shareholders,
- the ability to successfully develop and extract value from its projects, and
- the sale of its interest in exploration projects.
