This is a joke all these directors are putting their snout in the trough and are diluting our share holdings at a bargain basement price for the benefit of themselves , these resolutions need to be voted down to prevent these people from making our situation worse and if they want shares and options it should be relisted with all the information on the gas flows now which will dictate the market price of the shares that they should get them not at the last price traded at which is the price when the company was in trouble
