Oh yeah its not good but I have seen some stuff that would make your eyes bleed when I was in broking land.
Ive been in on previous meetings where companies pitch to try to raise capital solely to pay back their related (yet somehow unrelated) parties on several occasions. It will continue to be part of the game until the rules are changed appropriately.
