As it was (before shares were issued to CN) the fixed interest was 40% of the loan!
Now given it was repaid in 6 months, one would assume that there was an obligation to repay it in that time and hence the actual interest rate was 80%pa (simple interest).
So that means old Neville has done far better than the holders as I'd be pretty certain very few if any are sitting here today on an 80% gain and certainly none who bought in the last 6 months!!
