$300k loan with $120k fixed interest repaid with $325k + 17 mil shares deemed as $306k (1.8c but really 0.55c) to someone who has only been removed as a director in thethe 6 months before the loan was created.

Absolute slap in the face to holders by management after everything else dodgy that’s happened as well.
