    Agree. WPL has the cash flow and can access debt markets cheaply. They could even do a cap raising if they needed, but I doubt it. With H2 capex this year being less than H1, with increased LNG prices coming through in Qtr 3, I would suspect that FCF in H2 will be embarrassing.
