Are you honestly looking at share prices? As opposed to market caps - shares on issue? BPT has over double the SOI, like STO. Not to mention BPT is a tier 2 oil play while WPL is a tier 1 LNG play.
Out of all the stocks mentioned only WPL is technically investment grade. Others are speculative that will be slaughtered in a low POO environment as they were in 2016 and 2017.
STO has been an utter dog of an investment for anyone who bought it in the last 20-30 years - minus the last 18 months.
