Do you mean that WPL is thinking of walking away? I get the impression that if WPL cannot get financing at an acceptable price, it will call on the JV partners to finance their portion of the development. For WPL, this will be a walk in the park. For FAR, it could be very very difficult. WPL is letting FAR know that it needs to be very very careful,
