I am not sure why the arbitration panel determined that the proceedings should be further delayed - did FAR object to this delay and if so why were their objections ignored by the arbitration panel?

With respect to Senegal government approval - with a change of control Senegal has to object to the change of control or approval is deemed after the requisite time period. i.e. the lack of Senegal government objection in 2016 is approval.

I think the walking away is premature at this stage as the FAR Arbitration is not yet finalised and we don't know what the panel award is (if any).
