Yeah maybe .....the author has managed to bankrupt a coe of another listed business who had a margin loan leveraged against shares in the business he ran
I have no idea of his circumstances but as a general statement i find it excessively greedy for an md or ceo to margin lend against shares in businesses that they run. I mean honestly with the salary and stock options these guys get how many boats can you own and how many houses can they live in.
Just my view guys ....not trying to put a negative slant on things
