It’s the paper work which is the delay. Transporting the rig will take a few days, they won’t need to do much to “assemble it” the rigs are built ready to rock and roll. Once the drill hits the ground they will be pulling samples out like they are gold drillers from the Dominican Republic.

Remember if it wasn’t for the duty they would already have the drills in the ground so your logic doesn’t stand.
