In my opinion, having the formal approval is nice, but until the drill rig is on site, the approval doesn't count for much.

The only thing that counts in the end is a BFS confirming a commercial resource. In the meantime investors love to hear regular updates of progress. In these countries you always feel a little more comfortable upon hearing that drilling has been formally approved. No big deal in the scheme of things but as said an opportunity lost. Guess it's good if you're still accumulating shares.
