Come on, Haiti is like beating a dead horse. Read between the lines. Legal affrays, that's the last thing you want your company to be focusing on.
They have a 2 projects , so why dont they get onto those?
Because they have native title issues with Cosmo Newberry that stop them from doing anything. They've only held this exploration permit since 2006. Starting to get the picture?

Actually you dont need to read between the lines, just try reading. Its very clear they havent written Haiti off totally.
The Company continues to believe the Grand Bois and Morne Bossa projects continue
to represent an attractive investment opportunity if it can acquire complete control and
providing the costs of holding the projects until the proposed new Mining Act in Haiti is passed
are acceptable, at which time the Company believes it would be able to resume work on the
projects.

If you're going to be condescending , it might pay to actually know the full story yourself to avoid looking like a donkey-hole? I know about the native title issue, but they have 80% interest in Mt Angelo North and Mt Angelo Porphyry so they could just get on with that.
Learn what a shell is. DDD has assets that it intends to develop so it is not a shell.
