I agree totally...and when it was smooth sailing in Haiti, the BOD demonstrated that they could proceed at a pretty good speed.

Progress was being made at a good pace IMO.

I also do feel that a second opportunity outside Haiti would also be a very welcome development.

Spreading the risk and increasing opportunities.

Don't get me wrong, today's announcement is good, however money is too hard to earn...I'm going to wait until something more concrete appears regarding our ability proceed in Haiti.

For me that is at least two of the list milestones occurring:

- Approval by the Bureau des Mines Et L'Energie in Haiti and,
- Confirmation that the restructuring of the debt facility has completed.

Approval from the Bureau may be quick, but it also may take time.
