Sorry bevter, not sure how many raises you are involved in but this was a good raise for DDD. $1mill in the kitty for relatively small dilution at a good price - 6.5c when the share price was .4c at the start of the month, the company can know push ahead with the drilling that is required to re-rate this company. And they can do it relatively quickly. An SP raise would have taken a few weeks (and substantially more cost) to do.
