The deal is without doubt as good as they come. The broker did not sell a single share from previous placement (despite massive liquidity!!). They were then a net buyer on market after the option was exercised to proceed (they could have got the placement cheaper if they didn't do this).

They've then done the placement at .65 when the stock last traded at .7 with very thin bid. I repeat that is as good as we could hope for. Next best is doing it at .7, which just isn't going to happen.

Please explain to me how the company could have done any better?? A rights issue? And waste 6 weeks st a time when they really want to be drilling?? Stupid.
