I don't think there's any guarantees the company will get SP higher before a capital raising. The problem is we all know a raising is required. If your a sophi interested and have the goss on what is coming there's no reason to buy in now. This then creates a supply-demand imbalance that affects the short-term share price. It is possible that the pump has already occurred (from .4c 3 weeks ago to .7/.8). I'd just like to see the placement over an done with so that drilling can properly commence and no further underlying reason to suppress the share price.
