Does anyone actuly release a “draft” or do they wait until it is completed?

The company probably should have had a date for the scoping study release not when they expected the draft

The way I read it they knew about the drilling as they state that it is progressing slow than expected. This is why I see that it is not finished yet. It’s all well and good to have a plan but you can’t always control contractors. 

I hope that most people would realise that more drilling is inevitable as we move forward as you have pointed out previous. It’s part of the process and Peter has done this before. 

Yes the delay is disappointing but as everyone can see they have not been idle there have been many parts done
