To add some words to the post of neutro that would go without saying.
The technology is there and it is possible to not have a tailings dam. This could help in an area that requires greater acceptance from an environmental point. It maybe a helpful thing to look at if the lovely people of Sweden have an issue and this may help show them that a company can be environmentally responsible.
There are probably more things you could add.
