Big down trend seems to be coming for specs with a big cash burn rate.
If you feel like waiting till end of 2019 maybe if vanadium redox batteries take over but i doubt it..
Markets are rocky for long shot specs that need to cap raise ..
Im gona go for higher grade more developed vanadium stocks but if you have patience and hope put her in the bottom draw because that announcement didnt even dent the sh price so what can be done till the DFS..
