You and management were both talking up an IPO before year's end. At what point did management realise they needed a program to upgrade resource from inferred to indicated/measured? Imo, they either knew well before now or they didn't know. If they didn't know, it is incompetence. If they knew prior to 31 July when they were still talking up the IPO, then they lack transparency. Seems, imo, they dropped this announcement on an ASX down day. This way the perma-bulls can say, yep, the market is down guys. All good at AEE.
Lack of competence and transparency are a killer at the spec end, imo.
