Im not saying I'm concerned about them not being able to get funding, I'm saying that until they announce a long term funding solution the share price is likely to stay around its current multiple rather than increasing to 15-20x as others and you have suggested it should be on.

If you believe there is no issue with getting funding and think it should re-rate to a PE of 20x thisis a pretty complelling buy. Hence my sentiment.
