Thanks for your input. Personally, I think the shareholders do deserve to be given a better understanding of why they acquired Diversa and then sold the largest part. She may not watch the share price but that is a dismissive arrogant comment. The share price actually determines the cost of any acquisitions as the choice is to go Debt and/or cash or equity. Really having a low share price affects all shareholders and this is really a share price last seen in Sept/October 2015. That must be addressed. To ignore this is to realise that we the shareholders are in fact 20 miles back from where we invested and Connie and her team have left us behind. Part of their jobs must be to explain what is a difficult business to its shareholders.

Of course Connie watches the share price even of it is very few days. She would be aware that any of her remuneration linked to the share price would be well under water.
