For the SP to take advice like it has in recent weeks, there has to be some significant reason for this.
It could be some tension at Board/ shareholder level on the strategy and how this is playing out. Maybe there is some disquiet being expressed by a substantial shareholder as to the quality of the leadership and decisions being made.
