to clarify, John didn't mention specific names in any of this and i'm sure he couldn't and wouldn't, purely out of professionalism and privacy to the parties involved.

But the one that toured last week was NOT the same as the one who holds the non-binding agreement. That particular entity would have already done a tour, i'm sure.

John didn't sound as though it was a forgone conclusion that an offtake agreement would be negotiated by April 30th but he did say they were putting alot of effort into making it happen. It's a hot market at the moment so you do the probabilities...

But regardless of whether they come in by April 30th or not, there are provisions for it not to and it wouldn't be particularly deleterious to the share price. Corporate action simply takes time.

That 55c price target you mention is very close to what one of the chinese entities was prepared to invest on a per share basis for offtake. And I agree - if the deal goes through with decent terms, i think we're looking at anywhere between 50-60c.
