If you are waiting for DSO approval, that is what caused KPR to go under. Hopefully it won't happen to GMC.

DSO approval never came while KPR had all the systems in place to process and export - still sitting in place, including loading equipment at Tenau port in specially dedicated Mn ore export area. But nothing has been done with it. KPR's processing site about 800m north east of GMC's site.
